Delivery methods

Orders can be fulfilled by courier, insured shipment or personal collection at a pre-arranged time. Available delivery options and their cost are shown in the cart and at checkout.

Processing time

Order processing begins once the payment is received or personal collection terms are confirmed. Standard preparation time depends on product availability, payment method and any security verification for high-value transactions.

Shipment security

Watches are packed with their value and delicacy in mind. For more expensive models the shop may use additional security, shipment insurance, an individually selected carrier or recommend personal collection.

Receiving the parcel

On delivery, please check the condition of the packaging in the presence of the courier. If the parcel is visibly damaged, a damage report should be drawn up and the shop contacted as soon as possible.

Personal collection

Personal collection is possible after confirming product availability and agreeing on a date. When collecting in person, the customer may be asked to confirm their identity or order details.
