Scope and purposes of processing

We process data provided when placing an order, creating an account, subscribing to the newsletter, contacting us via the form, or submitting a watch for purchase, consignment or service. This includes in particular name and surname, email address, phone number, address details, order details, payment details and information voluntarily provided in messages.

Legal basis

We process data to conclude and perform the contract, handle payments and delivery, fulfil accounting and tax obligations, handle complaints and enquiries, establish or defend claims and conduct marketing communication if the user has consented to it.

Data recipients

Data may be shared with entities supporting the shop in technical support, hosting, payments, accounting, parcel delivery, email communication and newsletter handling. Data is shared only to the extent necessary for the given process.

Retention period

We store data for the duration of the order or enquiry, and then for the period required by law or needed to secure claims. Data processed on the basis of consent is stored until consent is withdrawn, unless there is another legal basis for further processing.
