Before any watch joins our collection, it undergoes a watchmaker's inspection, and we confirm the result with an A2 Watches certificate of authenticity. We never offer a piece about which we have the slightest doubt.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>How do you verify a watch?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>We check its provenance and documents, the consistency of the reference and serial numbers, the authenticity of the components, the condition of the movement and its timekeeping, water resistance, and the condition of the case, crystal, dial and bracelet. The full process is described in our Journal article on recognising authentic pre-owned watches.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>Where do your watches come from?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>Every piece has a documented provenance. We acquire watches on the basis of an invoice or a purchase agreement, and pieces accepted on consignment on the basis of a consignment agreement with the owner.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>How do you describe a watch's condition?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>Honestly and without exaggeration. Every photograph shows the actual piece, and any signs of wear, replaced parts or missing items from the set are stated in the description.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>What does Full Set mean?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>Full Set means the watch comes complete with its original box and the manufacturer's papers, such as the warranty card or certificate. The completeness of the set affects a watch's value, as we explain in more detail in our Journal.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>Have the watches been serviced?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>Where we know a piece's service history, we state it in the description, and watches that have recently been serviced are marked accordingly in their name. Regardless of its history, every watch is inspected by our watchmaker before sale.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n  <\/section>\n  <section class=\"a2-faq-group\" id=\"gwarancja\">\n    <h2>Warranty and complaints<\/h2>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>What warranty do I receive?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>Every watch comes with a 12-month seller's warranty from the date of purchase, together with an A2 Watches warranty certificate.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>What does the warranty cover?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>The warranty covers the proper functioning of the watch for 12 months. Detailed terms are set out in our terms of sale. Your statutory consumer rights apply in addition to the warranty.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>How do I make a complaint?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>Simply write to a2@a2watches.pl or call +48 608 807 128 and describe the issue. We respond to complaints within 14 days and explain the next steps.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n  <\/section>\n  <section class=\"a2-faq-group\" id=\"zakup\">\n    <h2>Purchase and payment<\/h2>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>How do I place an order?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>Simply add the watch to your basket and proceed to checkout. If you would prefer to talk first, you are welcome to contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>Which payment methods are available?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>The available payment methods, including bank transfer and online payments, are shown at checkout. For personal collection, the method of payment is agreed individually.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>Do you issue VAT invoices?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>Yes. Every purchase is accompanied by a receipt or a VAT invoice. Please provide your invoice details when placing your order.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>Can I reserve a watch?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>Yes. We can reserve a watch for you for 48 hours. Simply contact us by phone or WhatsApp, and during that time the piece will not be available to other clients.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>Can I pay in euros?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>All payments are processed in Polish z\u0142oty. On the English version of the site, prices are shown in euros for guidance, based on the current National Bank of Poland exchange rate.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n  <\/section>\n  <section class=\"a2-faq-group\" id=\"dostawa\">\n    <h2>Delivery and collection<\/h2>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>How do you ship watches?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>Watches are sent by insured courier, carefully packed with their value in mind. The available delivery options and their cost are shown in the basket.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>How long does order processing take?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>We dispatch your order within 3 business days of receiving payment.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>Can I see a watch in person?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>Yes. By appointment, we are glad to meet in Warsaw, \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Kielce or Radom, where you can examine the watch, try it on and collect it on the spot.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>Do you ship internationally?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>We currently ship within Poland. If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us and we will discuss the options individually.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n  <\/section>\n  <section class=\"a2-faq-group\" id=\"zwroty\">\n    <h2>Returns<\/h2>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>Can I return a watch?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>Yes. When buying at a distance, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the watch, without giving a reason. We refund the payment within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>How do I send a watch back?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>Please contact us first, then send the watch back with its complete set, in unchanged condition and carefully packed, to the address given in our terms of sale.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n  <\/section>\n  <section class=\"a2-faq-group\" id=\"skup\">\n    <h2>Buying, consignment and service<\/h2>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>Do you buy watches?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>Yes. We buy luxury watches and also accept them on consignment. Simply complete the valuation form and we will reply with a specific offer.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>What is the difference between buying and consignment?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>When we buy your watch, we purchase it outright and settle payment on the agreed date. On consignment, we present the watch in our collection and settle with you once it is sold, on the terms set out in the consignment agreement.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>Can you find a specific model for me?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>Yes, we search on request. Simply tell us which model you are looking for, along with the year, condition and budget, and we will search the market and come back with proposals.<\/p><\/div><\/details>\n    <details class=\"a2-faq-item\"><summary>Do you service watches?<\/summary><div class=\"a2-faq-item__a\"><p>Yes. You can submit a watch for diagnosis, inspection or servicing via our service form.
