A consumer who has bought a product through the online shop may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of taking possession of the product. It is sufficient to send the statement before this period expires.

The statement of withdrawal can be sent by email to a2@a2watches.pl or via the contact form. Please include the order number, the buyer's details and a bank account number for the refund if the payment cannot be returned by the same method.

The product must be sent back or handed over to the seller within 14 days of submitting the statement of withdrawal. The watch should be protected for transport and returned with all items received at purchase, including the box, papers, cards, straps and accessories, if they were part of the set.

The payment is refunded no later than 14 days after receiving the statement of withdrawal. The seller may withhold the refund until the product is received or proof of its return is provided. The refund covers the product price and the cheapest standard delivery cost available for the order.

The customer is liable for any reduction in the product's value resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. For high-value watches, please inspect the product carefully without removing any security seals, if used.

The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided for by law, in particular for goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, and for services fully performed with the customer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.

A return under the right of withdrawal does not limit the right to file a complaint if the product does not conform to the contract. Complaints can be submitted by email or via the contact form.
